Description: Right on the Rail Trail in the heart of Timboon, our historic Railway Shed Distillery is the ideal place for whisky enthusiasts and lovers of fine food and craft spirits. Distilling our handcrafted Single Malt Whisky, vodka & liqueurs onsite since 2007. Enjoy tastings, lunch on the deck and a curated range of artisan spirits and local goods.
Opening hours: We are open Friday - Tuesday, 10am - 4:30pm, offering tastings and a winter bites lunch menu from 11am - 2pm.
